A Person Who Has Made Difference : Lucas Chen

Who is Lucas Chen? He is the President of Heng-Yee Senior High School. He has engaged in education since 1999. Since that, he has some policies leading students to march into the internationalization.
Good character is the “KEY” to succeed in everything. In these years, Mr. Chen pays much attention to character education. Each month Heng-Yee has its character subject to teach students know how to do it in daily life. The high school students have military songs competition and military training education in each semester. Students will become moral citizens through life education.
To expand the international vision the language is very important. Mr. Chen held English Summer Camp for students every year. Especially this year, the teachers were all from Toronto Education Bureau of Canada. Students all enjoyed it and had a great fun in summer camp. In addition, students can perform English songs or English stage play on every Friday’s English Day. Students are educated to be global citizens at English condition.
Mr. Chen has a great contribution to students in life education and language. The students in Heng-Yee are almost having great character and performing English well. That’s why so many students would like to studying in Heng-Yee.
