The Worst Experience

I ordered a puppy for show from my friend on February. When the pup was three months old. My friend took it to the vet for healthy certificate. I remitted AUD five thousand dollars to her after I received the certificate. When I was preparing some paper work for import permit application, she told me the puppy's bite was wrong. That means the puppy was not show quality and can not for show. As the puppy was not my request, so I decided to cancel this order and asked her to deposit the money back to me. One month later, she just deposited four thousand and five hundred dollars to me. She refunded the money late and less five hundred. I was not happy about this and felt disappointed with her. As this is a lot of money. I don't know where is the other five hundred. I have not contacted her since then. This is my worst experience I have ever met so far.
